Our fellowship program only accepts applications through the AAMC's Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Please refer to the AAMC's Applying to Fellowships with ERAS page for more information.

If you are interested in applying for a PGY5 in vascular neurology, the following required documents must be provided to ERAS:

ERAS common application form
A personal statement
Three current letters of recommendation:
- One should be from your current neurology program director
- Two from physicians who are familiar with your work or abilities
USMLE score report
Curriculum vitae

Deadline

The deadline for submitting your completed application is March 1.

Interviews will be scheduled December through second week of February.
