UF Health Neurology in Jacksonville, Florida, offers comprehensive care for brain and nerve disorders. The department includes a nationally recognized team of faculty neurologists of the University of Florida Department of Neurology who are part of the multidisciplinary UF Health Neuroscience Institute.

Our multidisciplinary Comprehensive Epilepsy Program offers patients advanced diagnostic, surgical and non-surgical services for seizures, and is an NAEC-accredited Level 4 Epilepsy Center for adult and pediatric care.
Movement Disorders
Our Movement Disorders and Parkinson’s Program offers advanced diagnostic methods and leading treatment technologies like deep-brain stimulation.
Multiple Sclerosis
Our Comprehensive Multiple Sclerosis Program offers a multidisciplinary model of care to address the complex needs of people with MS, and is a certified Center for Comprehensive MS Care by the National MS Society.
Neurointensive Care
We staff a dedicated 12-bed Neurointensive Care Unit with specially trained neurologists, neurosurgeons, intensivists, nurses and other providers at UF Health Jacksonville.
Neuromuscular Disease
Our multidisciplinary Neuromuscular Disease Program is an ALS Association Certified Treatment Center of Excellence and a Peripheral Neuropathy Association-designated Neuropathy Center.
Stroke
We were among the first to employ aeromedical transport for stroke care and are certified as a Comprehensive Stroke Center by DNV GL Healthcare and a five-star recipient for treatment of stroke by Healthgrades.
